who can name all the alternitive fuels?

hydrogen fuel30 who can name all the alternitive fuels?

I know the odbious ones, eathanol and hydrogen fuel cells, biodeisel, but can anyone give me a complete list of all the alternitive fuels? I really want to look into this, because apparentley some of the alternative fuels actually do worse for the enviroment than gas does…

Why aren't hydrogen fuel cells being seriously considered?

It seems like hydrogen fuel cells were all the hype a few years ago, and now everyone wants to turn to natural gas. Why? Is natural gas that much better or cheaper?

How do you create energy using [ hydrogen fuel cells ] ?

hydrogen fuel25 How do you create energy using [ hydrogen fuel cells ] ?

I have to somehow create energy using hydrogen fuel cells.

This is for a grade 9 science project.

My teacher said there is a really simple way by charging electricity into a container of water, and something about Electrolysis.

Any ideas?

Thanks

which is better the compressed air car or electric car for the future?

hydrogen fuel34 which is better the compressed air car or electric car for the future?

Not to mention possible ultra capacitors hydrogen fuel cells and water as a fuel ,it’s getting very hard to seperate the real from the hoax.

What effects will hydrogen fuel cells have on the enviroment?

It is widely believed that an atmospheric increase in the greenhouse gases CO2 has played a significant role in global warming. Even now, CO2 accounts for less than 1/3 of greenhouse gases. Water vapor, on the other hand, accounts for approximately 70% of all greenhouse gases.

The byproduct of hydrogen fuel cells is water vapor. Let’s pretend that every vehicle in America is powered by hydrogen say 10 years from now. That’s a lot of water vapor! What effect would it have?

Is it time to rethink this idea of switching to hydrogen fuel cells?

At 32 times the total operating cost of diesel, it appears that hydrogen fuel cells may not be all they are cracked up to be.

could hydrogen fuel cells be created and or maintained using solar energy?

I think a hydrogen fuel cell could be powered by solar energy-but I’m not exactly sure how.

How soon will cars with hydrogen fuel cells be available?

My first thought is after all the oil is gone… Or maybe when it’s too late to make an impact on global warming? Take the electric car for example. The auto industry and oil companies didn’t have a monopoly on electric cars, so they had to go away. Even though the infrastructure required for hydrogen will be many times more expensive to build then electric, and it will take many years more until we can see hydrogen fuel cell vehicles operating on our roads. I’m afraid by the time these vehicles are widely available, it will be too little, too late. We could be making a difference everyday with electric vehicles today. Unlike hydrogen fuel cell cars, it’s a technology of today, not tomorrow. And you could charge an electric car at home…How easy! Unfortunately, the auto industry and the oil companies wouldn’t make money that way.

What company, or companies are making hydrogen fuel cells for cars?

I keep hearing hydrogen fuel cells are the future for cars. If I wanted to invest in them, what company should I buy stock in? Who is making hydrogen fuel cells? Thank you.

I see some build-it-yourself hydrogen fuel cells on eBay. Is it possible to do this or should I buy one?

I’m seeing auctions on eBay for building your own hydrogen fuel cell. Is it possible to do this, or is it cheaper to buy one if you’re interested in that for generating electricity?
