Hydrogen gas can be produced by breaking down the H2O molecule using electricity, before it is permitted to react with the fuel cells, which then generates electricity, enabling the automobile to be run with it. The output cost is cheap and the car efficiency is not affected in any way.

It does not call for rocket science to make a Hydrogen gas car that runs on H2O fuel cells and any technically adept person or even a mechanic can build on, using very average daily use tools. No real interference of the car machinery is required to do this, as some simple modifications can get the started and moving. You do not have to make alternations to your automobile’s or engine’s brain and it works brilliantly with just a few modifications here and there. With the incorporation of a fuel line heater and a small device, the mileage can be hiked up by a whopping 70-80%. The improvised Hydrogen gas car does not cost the earth and is comparable to a completely normal automobile, which runs on electricity but minus the contaminating factor.

Although the conventional fuel automobile chucks out poisonous gases and Carbon Dioxide as by products, this alternative to gas car give H2O as an end product and gives exceptional miles to the gallon. Some meaningless web sites would act as guides and try to fleece you but as some reputed web sites have shown, the engineering science is extremely elementary with only some minor modifications needed.

I have heard of people installing hydrogen fuel systems in gasoline cars and getting much better mileage. How do you go about doing this?

The Science is simple:
You take gasoline-generated electricity from your alternator and pass it through a containment of water and electrolyte (NaOH in our case). This causes a reaction that breaks apart the molecules of H2O – allowing the Hydrogen and Oxygen to freely vapor in gaseous form.

This Hydrogen and Oxygen gas is then sent into your engine’s intake via the Air Intake Box or PCV valve – and then combusted and converted back into energy You can use.

It is important to note that this is not “free” energy. The energy is provided from the gasoline. We are merely converting waste back into fuel. (The waste being 1-2 volts of the 14 volts generated from the alternator that generally is not used).

It takes 12v to keep your battery topped off.. the other 2 volts (on 14 volt systems) stand by for your electrical appliances.
