let’s say i drive three hundred miles, how much water has been produced by the fuel cell?

There are a bunch of estimates that tell you that the number comes out to be about the same as for a gasoline ICE, around .15kg/mi. I like the link below because they at least tell you most of the assumptions they make (It’s a DOE site).
