Is it just me, or does Cartoon Network really suck lately? Most of their shows are so lackluster.. I can’t tell if most of them are targeted towards little kids or 35-year-olds living in their parents’ basement.. Even adult swim hasn’t been very “adult” lately, and the series they have been showing isn’t really exciting or interesting…. I’ve been really bummed lately and find myself not able to watch CN at all..

My mom remembers watching a halloween cartoon on cartoon network last year about a brother who makes his little sister go to a witches house and the witch is nice and shes having a party with a werewolf and vampires. the girl has fun. my mom thinks that the show may have been made in the 90′s but shes not sure. apparently they show it every year on cartoon network. if you have any idea what show this may be please help. thanks!

We might get satellite if it’s worth it (probably Bell Satellite). Would Cartoon Network be available ? Is there any way I can watch Cartoon Network on my TV here in Canada ? I live in Montreal, Quebec.
