Is iy possible in a laboratory, to add hidrogen and oxigen to any chamber and them with some conditions obtain water.

You clearly have not yet had chemistry lab. That’s one of the first experiments HS students do… Make water out of hydrogen and oxygen. It’s a fun experiment because it makes a loud bang, which wakes up the dullards at the back of the lab room.
Warning. Don’t do this without supervision from a qualified instructor. It can be dangerous as that explosion can be quite large.

I don’t think that hydrogen is the answer for green planet. You see, people around us even you are craving for new technologies. It is up to us how to manipulates our way of actions for our planet to be green. If we used more hydrogen, it’s by product is water multiply with the number of cars in this planet.. There will be an excessive amount of moisture especially in the big cities which could leads to a big source of incubation of bacteria.

Do you know how we get industrial hidrogen?
I have work as a security guard in one plant that harvest H from the air
and it is right here in east Los Angeles, air enters in a chamber and with high pressure the air becomes H, O, N, and other gases like xenon etc. all of them become liquid and are separated to different containers, louded tn tank trucks and sold, the H used becomes water
and because water have H, remember H2O it can be harvest again and
reuse, we have a lot of H, and it can solve our energy problem, what do
you think?

While you can certainly harvest the H from H2O, I can’t see it “solving” our energy problems. The main reason for this is that it takes more energy to actually harvest it from H2O than what you get by burning it (making H2O).
I think part of the deal with the people who prattle on about “hydrogen economies” is that while you still do have a LOSS of energy, if you can better control what the products released are, it could be much better for the environment. Specifically, instead of releasing CO2 (and other stuff) from cars, burning H2 should release mostly H2O…a bit nicer than CO2.
Add to all this the idea that if you could harvest H2 for “free” by getting energy from the sun, wind, water or other “cleaner” resource that’s around, you’d basically only be polluting for when you originally built the collection and burning systems. I think the reason this hasn’t really been done en masse is that it’s sloooow (or energy intensive, if you want it fast).
In essence, I think the whole hydrogen as an energy “source” is garbage (speaking politely); it’s more of a storage method of energy, like a battery. You “charge” the hydrogen (fuel cell, straight up burning, what have you) with some energy before hand (often electrical to split the H2O), losing some energy in the conversion, then use it, losing more since you’re so inefficient, losing more again since you’re inefficient at using it (e.g. Friction for cars), rinse and repeat.
