Should I patent an air – electric conversion kit?
For the All electric cars that come out, wouldn’t it be nice to have an electric generator that is powered by air, so when you show up at a gas station you can charge your car on free tire pressure air!!!
Instead of standing around wondering how your gonna charge your car 
Most air is free anyway haha!!!

I want to say that the guy who answered is an idiot…it wasn’t too long ago that someone said there would never be a man walking on the moon and holy shit look…someone has already done that. Patent it…make a million or billion and live it up! Lol…I don’t know about the air I breathe being free…lol…

why can’t you use an automatic transmission in the electric car conversion kits

The only reason that I could think of is that the transmission is shifted by vacuum from the engine, and an electric motor does not create a vacuum, how ever you should be able the shift it manually, but you would have to tighten the salvo to not down shift.

The best you can do is at your local new car lot
Doing it your self is kind of like trying to build a full size 747 from a kit in your garage.
No this is not meant to be a joke it is the truth it is extremely complex to change a car of today over that the money you will spend will far out weigh the cost of a new one.

What if I feed my current car steroids? Will it improve the MPG?
If I can’t afford a new Hybrid or electric, I can’t afford to put myself in the same bad situation by getting yet another regular gas mileage car like my current one, and I just can’t afford to keep spending on this expensive gas, then maybe steroids in the gas tank will make the car meaner, more aggressive, and give me seriously awesome gas mileage.
It’d be way cheaper than spending a few thousand on the “electric car conversion kit” for the vehicle anyway.
